A sunshine committee was appointed to each shrine.
9,000 members were lost, due to the depression
Soj Steineck urged shrines not to suspend members, and to appoint a committee to call on delinquent members.
Quebec Canada joined our Supreme Ranks
Soj Steineck recommended that the closing prayer be used to close public installations
